Restaurant & Bar Steward (Season 2025)

Maris Recruitment is seeking Restaurant & Bar Stewards to join River Ship and Barge companies operating in France and Germany.

The season begins in February and runs through the end of November 2025.

Additionally, our agency offers job opportunities in hotels, restaurants, and resorts across various European countries for the 2024/2025 season.

Your Duties

* Serve and attend to guests in the restaurant and bar area.
* Ensure smooth service operations during meals and at the bar.
* Prepare and clean tables and the bar, including cleaning tasks.
* Serve food and beverages and assist guests with special requests.
* Support inventory and ordering of drinks and consumables.
* Adhere to hygiene and safety standards as per company guidelines.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure excellent guest service.

Your Profile

* Completed training in the hotel or restaurant sector.
* At least one year of professional experience in a similar position.
* Good German and English language skills.
* Team player, resilience, and high service orientation.
* Friendly demeanor and good communication skills.
