Maître d’Hôtel (Season 2025)

Maris Recruitment is seeking Maître d’Hôtel to join River Ship and Barge companies operating in France and Germany.

The season begins in February and runs through the end of November 2025.

Additionally, our agency offers job opportunities in hotels, restaurants, and resorts across various European countries for the 2024/2025 season.

Your Duties:

** Manage the entire restaurant operation and ensure smooth service.
** Ensure first-class service and high guest satisfaction.
** Coordinate and control workflows and compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
** Train, lead, and motivate the service team.
** Handle guest complaints and inquiries, ensuring guest requests are met.
** Responsible for table reservations and guest seating arrangements.
** Create duty rosters and monitor orders and inventory.

Your Profile:

** Completed training in the hotel or restaurant sector and several years of leadership experience.
** Proven leadership experience and excellent organizational skills.
** Very good German and English language skills.
** Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a high level of service orientation.
** Proficiency in common computer applications.
