• Start date: 15th of January
• Location: Europe / Middle East
• Package: Salary in Euros, 176 paid days leave

Experience and attributes required:
• 8 years’ experience as a chef ideally past experiences in cruise ships or luxury hotels/restaurants, yachting experience not essential
• Experience in South American cuisine is preferred.
• Experience with sous vide is beneficial but not essential.
• We are looking for past longevity and willingness for a long-term commitment onboard
• Team player, sociable, hard worker

Qualifications required:
• Crowd & Crisis Management
• PDSD
• Food & Hygiene L2
• Fully updated STCW
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book
• Schengen visa or right to work in Europe
