The Role:  We seek a talented and experienced Lifestyle Concierge.

Description Brief: The Lifestyle Concierge is responsible for increasing company revenue through future cruise and boutique sales.  Promote the Emerald/Scenic Cruises loyalty program, host entertainment and ensure guest satisfaction. Act as concierge for guests and assist with additional ship duties where required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience with luxury or ultra-luxury cruise ships.
• Previous sales experience.
• High standard of entertainment knowledge and skill.
• STCW 4 Basic Training.
