A Help Desk Associate is required to join Virgin Voyages!

The Gig: The Help Desk Associate needs to be someone who can Make Ship Happen. With excellent attention to detail and be a self-starter.

Candidates need to provide a positive impression to every Sailor at all times and aim to recognize everyone by name. Processing all Sailors embarkation according to company standards to include check-in, collecting passports and issuing boarding cards.

Rotation: 6 months on 2 months off.

Salary: Paid in USD whilst on board.

Valid Basic Safety Training, Security Awareness, Crowd Management,  and C1-D Visa are required.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
