A Junior Sous Chef is required to join Virgin Voyages!
The Gig: The Junior Sous Chef ensures our Sailors have a fantastic dining experience onboard.
Candidates need to supervise and manage the entire galley outlet assigned ensuring the smooth operation of all events, food preparations, food costs, along with presentation and delivery.
Rotation: 5 months on 2 months off.
Salary: Paid in USD whilst on board.
Valid Basic Safety Training, Security Awareness, Crowd Management, and C1-D Visa are required.
Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
