Slot Technicians with Electrical/Electronic Education

We are seeking on behalf of one of world’s biggest 4* and 5* cruise lines who have an existing fleet of ships and new builds on the way for qualified Casino Slot Technicians (must have previous experience plus Electrical/Electronic certification/education). The ships casinos are providing an inviting and exciting table and slots gaming experience at sea, enhanced with excellent customer service, while always ensuring that all gaming operations are caried out to the highest standard of efficiency and security.
KMCC works as a referral source for major cruise lines such as Norwegian Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, Carnival and Margarita Ville at Sea.

Minimum requirements

• All applicants must have had at least one year previous casino experience
• Some knowledge of Point of Sales systems is required
• If you have a Gaming Licence, please include a copy of this in your application - or if you have worked on ships before, please send a copy of an evaluation
• Slot Technicians must have had formal training in repair and troubleshooting of a variety of electrical, mechanical and/or electronic equipment and some sort of electronic/electrical education/certification
• Solid communication, problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests. Ability to speak additional languages is a bonus
