We are currently recruiting at our company headquarters in Rostock.

Your chartered goal

• Responsibility for the recruitment process of new seafarers in accordance with the company procedures and flag state requirements
• Representing the company during job fairs and identifying new trends of recruitment sources
• Maintaining contact to agents related to the selection and recruitment of medical staff
• Support with other tasks and organizational duties, including HR projects

Your previous ports of call

• Vocational training in Shipping, Business Administration, Human Resources or in the healthcare sector 
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in International Human Resource Management or Business Administration, preferably in Recruitment or work experience onboard cruise vessels
• Business fluent in English, advanced in German and desirable basic Italian skills
• Confident with MS Office 365
• Willingness to travel
• Fast apprehension, excellent communication and organization skills
