Role: Guest Services Manager
Berthing: Single
Rotation: 6/2 Rotation
Salary: $3125++USD per month worked TAX FREE
Reporting to: Guess Services Director
Your expenses: US C1/D visa ($185USD – reimbursed if you successfully board), Police background check from your country (not reimbursed), cruise medical (circa $450USD – not reimbursed), maritime certificate ($65USD – not reimbursed).

As Guest Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to inspire a guest-centric culture that drives service excellence, operational efficiency, and innovation. Your duties include but limited to:
Mentoring and coaching a team of Guest Service professional to exceed expectations and provide genuine personalised interactions and experiences.
Ensuring the Guest Services operation runs smoothly and drives high guest satisfaction by overseeing the desk, chat and telephone Boros.
Use the correct technology to enhance the guest experience ensuring that service excellence is maintained across all touchpoints.
Take ownership of resolving guest complaints and issues, ensuring all concerns are dealt with in a timely manner.
Overseeing the accuracy of ensuring all financial processes are followed.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and crew by maintaining compliance with HESS policies and health standards.

You the BRILLIANT Guest Services Manager
Will have previous cruise ship experience as a Guest Services Manager onboard a cruise ship recently (number 2 position).
Fluent in English – must be able to address any kind of information in an adequate manner with excellent oral English communication skills – the ability to speak an additional language is an advantage.
Guest-focused, service-oriented, positive personality, professional appearance and impeccable hygiene standards are required; team builder with exceptional motivational skills and coaching ability is required; must have a keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse crew.
Exceptional Training and guest interaction skill
Proven experience leading and developing a diverse team to achieve high levels of performance.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Strong understanding of hotel and cruise operations, with experience in managing service recovery, communication, and performance tracking.
Able to handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and tact.
Knowledge of public health standards and the ability to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
Skilled at managing change and promoting a positive, adaptive work environment.
