KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all Immigration, Customs and Visa matters, ship certificates and other documentation that relate to Port Clearances.

Primary point of contact with port agencies and local authorities for all pre-arrival, arrival, departure and en-route clearances.

Primary point of contact for embarkation clearance. This includes document screening, local check-in staff, port terminal coordination.

Primary point of contact for disembarkation clearance. This includes guest inspections and entry requirements.

Liaise with Port agents and Authorities for compliancy with arrival, departure, embarkation, and disembarkation matters related to hosts.

To assist with financial and guest services tasks as needed.

Required to treat guests’ sensitive data according to the Standard Procedures.

Prepare and provide accurate manifests/Visitors lists to port staff

Responsible for preparing required paperwork for any items to be offloaded.

Ensure all crew seaman’s books are completed accurately.

Liaise with airlines and port agents for any guest and crew lost luggage queries.

Wear Ambassador uniform with pride and in line with company image and uniform standards.

Provide a positive working environment be ensuring all colleagues are treated fairly and equally

Any other duties as reasonably requested by Hotel Director or Guest Experience Manager

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
