Senior Associate Recruiter
\nJob Summary:
\nReporting to our Director, Talent Acquisition, you will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles, ideally corporate and high volume. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
\nIn this role, you will be responsible for spearheading our corporate recruiting initiatives, managing high-volume hiring for remote call center positions, and providing mentorship to junior recruiters.
\nThis position is included in our hybrid work policy and is required to work in person from our Woodland Hills, CA office every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.
\nJob Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different departments \n
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies \n
- Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and Employee Relations \n
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding \n
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, job boards, and networking events \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) \n
- Maintain career opportunities section on SharePoint, Viking website, and other recruiting mediums \n
- Prepare from start to finish the entire hiring cycle. Intake, developing interview architecture, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief, and offer negotiation \n
- Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers \n
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies \n
Job Requirements:

- Experience: 5-7 years of recruitment experience in both staffing agency and corporate environments \n
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills \n
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to build pipelines of passive candidates \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment \n
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools \n
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations \n

- Salary range $90,000-$110,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations. \n
