Senior HR Analyst
\nJob Summary:
\nReporting to our Director, HR Finance you will be responsible for assisting in the annual US labor budget, serving as the admin for the company 401(k) plan, and assisting with various HR and compensation related tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
\nThis is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis.
\nJob Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Prepare quarterly US payroll tax reports, intercompany labor expense, and assist with the annual payroll audit \n
- Manage weekly 401(k) uploads, review contributions and loan requests, send monthly termination lists, and assist with annual audits and Form 5500 filing \n
- Support the preparation of monthly HR reporting packages, focusing on headcount and labor/payroll data trends for US employees \n
- Maintain employee distribution lists and ensure correct insider trading designations weekly \n
- Support compliance audits and internal control reviews for HR processes \n
- Assist in benefits program evaluation and cost analysis \n
- Administer and provide user support for HR systems, including maintaining process documentation \n
- Assist in the annual US labor budget and quarterly forecasts \n
- Assist with the annual California Pay Data Report filing \n
- Help with any ad hoc projects for the HR Team \n
Job Requirements:
\n- \n
- 3+ years of experience with compensation, 401k, and HR reporting with a public company \n
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or Finance preferred \n
- Strong qualitative and analytical skills, including manipulating data, querying, and reporting, required \n
- Ability to create and deliver presentation-quality materials with a focus on formatting, style, and consistency. \n
- Experience working in high data volume environments. \n
- Demonstrated attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality and data privacy \n
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, managing multiple assignments simultaneously and establishing clarity \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPS, etc) and HRIS software \n

- Salary range $85,000-$100,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations. \n
