Restaurant & Bar Steward (Season 2025)

Maris Recruitment is seeking Restaurant & Bar Stewards to join River Ship and Barge companies operating in France and Germany.

The season begins in February and runs through the end of November 2025.

Your Duties

•  Serve and attend to guests in the restaurant and bar area.
•  Ensure smooth service operations during meals and at the bar.
•  Prepare and clean tables and the bar, including cleaning tasks.
•  Serve food and beverages and assist guests with special requests.
•  Support inventory and ordering of drinks and consumables.
•  Adhere to hygiene and safety standards as per company guidelines.
•  Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure excellent guest service.

Your Profile

•  Completed training in the hotel or restaurant sector.
•  At least one year of professional experience in a similar position.
•  Good German and English language skills.
•  Team player, resilience, and high service orientation.
•  Friendly demeanor and good communication skills.
