Your chartered goal

• Coordination and management of IT projects in the area of lifecycle management and ensuring on-time delivery, project documentation and adherence to budget
• Continuous updating of hardware and software information, tracking of license information and documentation of changes in the lifecycle of IT assets
• Developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure the operational readiness of hardware and software
• Cross-departmental exchange with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure cost-efficient use of resources and achieve defined goals
• Taking over the administrative tasks in the area of infrastructure

Your previous ports of call

• Degree in Project Management or a comparable qualification
• Leadership experience with multicultural teams
• Knowledge of logistics processes and logistics coordination
• Strong project management skills and multi related project delivery
• English proficiency as well as confident handling of MS Office 365, focus in excel and PowerPoint
• Potential realization of business trips and standby duty
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and communicate technical concepts to non-industry stakeholders
