The Role: We seek a talented and experienced 'Butcher'.

Description Brief:As a butcher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat and poultry for our guests. Your duties include thawing, butchering, and preparing meats according to schedule, managing stock rotation to maintain freshness, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. You will also store received meats on loading days, comply with ship operations, assist guests and crew, and participate in staff training and safety duties.

Minimum Requirements:

- This role requires previous experience as a Butcher onboard a cruise ship. 
- Valid Basic STCW certificates, as required for the position.
- A fantastic team player with a positive attitude to ‘get the job done’.
