Faststream is recruiting for Youth Staff to join an award winning and market leading cruise line. The client offers an opportunity for an Youth Staff Professional to bring their expertise to progress and work for a highly successful cruise line.

As a Youth Worker aboard our vessels, you'll have the chance to inspire and engage young guests through exciting and enriching activities. We are looking for passionate and experienced individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of Three years of experience working with large groups of youths aged 6 months to 17 years.
• Infant and child CPR certification and life-saving certification
• Creativity and Cost Management  Ability to design creative activities while containing costs to ensure efficient use of resources
