As a Butler, you will be responsible for ensuring every aspect of a guest’s stay is perfect!

The Butler takes care of:

• Unpacking and packing of suitcases
• Re-stocking minibar
• Responsible for in-suite breakfast/lunch/dinner, afternoon tea,canapes and private parties.
• Looking for laundry requests of the guests
• Arranging personal items for the guests
• Making dinner/spa reservations
• Preparing the bath
• Shoe polishing
• Gathering guest history and their preferences

As a Butler, you are the main contact for the guests in your section of 15 suites. Whether it’s arranging a tour, ensuring their suite is clean, preparing for a special occasion or serving dinner, you are responsible for your guests stay. You will be working with a Suite Attendant, to ensure that your guests have a truly luxurious experience. Applicants should have keen eye for details, be guest service oriented and full of passion for this role.

All Candidates are required to have a Hotel Management or equivalent education and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in Food & Beverage as a Waiter in either an International 5-star hotel or luxury cruise ship. 

Contracts will range between 6 to 7 months onboard, travel costs, accommodation, medical care onboard and uniforms will be provided without charge by the company. Salary, benefits and terms of employment will be discussed during the interview.
