IT Manager will provide technical direction and leadership for a team of high performing IT Officers and IT Technicians, who are committed to delivering unforgettable holiday happiness for our guests and providing exceptional operational support for our crew.

Ensuing that high quality IT systems support, advanced troubleshooting and maintenance for a complex, technical environment is delivered consistently. Our goal is to be proactive, to minimise downtime and recover services brilliantly when necessary.

The IT Manager will ensure the IT team maintain an optimum level of technical and operational knowledge to deliver exceptional day to day support, providing a seamless operation. This includes guidance on establishing impact, priority, goals and objectives to achieve both growth and excellence.
