1st Officer

We are currently looking for a 1st Officer to join Windstar Cruises in the near future.

We are currently looking to interview and process candidates for our approved candidate talent pool - aiming to get people travel ready for when future openings arise within the fleet.
The First Officer is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the bridge operations, the safety operations, and delegated environmental activities.

We are looking for candidates with extensive First Officer/ Safety Officer expereince onboard CRUISE vessels, that could be considered in the near future for upwards promotion.

The following are required:

Master Unlimited License
GMDSS
ECDIS
4-Part Basic STCW
Advanced Firefighting
Medical Care
PSCRB
Designated Security Duties
CMHB and CM
C1D Visa
Cruise Ship Experience - IN RANK.

MUST be willing to obtain a Windstar Company Medical

Rotation: 3 months on, 3 months off
Salary: Paid in USD, EUR or GBP + Return Bonus
