Corporate Travel Specialist
\nJob Summary:
\nAs a Corporate Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements for corporate clients, including executives and other internal departments. Your role involves handling inbound travel requests, ensuring all bookings are accurate and meet company policies. You will also provide VIP-level support, accommodate travel needs for media, investors, and other external guests, and offer air support for large events.
\nJob Responsibilities:

- Handle high volume of inbound corporate travel requests for various departments \n
- Accommodate travel requests for corporate travelers, media, investors, and VIP guests \n
- Manage reporting, PNR, ticketing, groups, and afterhours support \n
- Provide air support for large events like christenings, sales events, and crew deployment \n
- Ensure complete and correctly booked reservations and tickets \n
- Liaise with other departments to fulfill travel requests satisfactorily \n
- Demonstrate problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and independent decision-making \n
- Adhere strictly to Corporate Travel Policy and maintain ticketing records for audits \n
Job Requirements:
\n- \n
- Advanced knowledge of Sabre for booking, ticketing, and ancillary services \n
- Knowledge of Concur Travel or other online corporate booking tools \n
- Proficient with MS Office products including Excel, Focal Scope, and Outlook \n
- 3+ years of travel industry experience \n
- Previous airline or travel agency experience required \n
- Demonstrated VIP level support with requisite confidentiality \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
- Thorough knowledge of corporate, cruise, and tour airline tariffs preferred \n

- Salary range $24.00-$30.00 per hour determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations. \n
