MOR Talent Boutique is actively recruiting a full banquet team for a prestigious project in Qatar.
This is the second collaboration with this client in recent months, working closely with the on-site management team to hire 20 permanent staff members.
An open interview day will be held in Paris on 7th April, with preference for candidates based in Europe who can attend in person.
A travel reimbursement of up to £500 is available for invited candidates.
Ideal candidates will have strong experience in yachting or high-end restaurants and hotels.
The role is primarily focused on waitressing, requiring expertise in upscale hospitality environments.
The package is all-inclusive, offering up to $4,000 per month, full relocation support, and a permanent contract.
Team leaders are expected to be promoted from within this group, with salary increases included.
Key Responsibilities of the Waitress
Guest Service & Hospitality:
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted.
Serve food and drinks promptly, following proper service etiquette and presentation standards.
Engage with guests professionally, offering menu recommendations and answering inquiries.
Protocol & Etiquette:
Maintain high standards of service, including fine dining etiquette, table setting arrangements, and order of service.
Ensure guests’ needs are met with discretion and professionalism, especially for VIP and high- profile clientele.
Assist in managing special requests, dietary restrictions, and personalized dining experiences.
Order Management & Coordination:
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order preparation.
Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and escalating issues to management when necessary.
Process payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and issue receipts.
Dining Area Maintenance:
Set up tables with proper utensils, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset.
Monitor stock levels of service items and inform management when restocking is needed.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
Work closely with hosts, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to provide a seamless dining experience.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including side work and preparation for the next shift.
Participate in staff training to improve service skills, menu knowledge, and hospitality standards.
Compliance & Safety:
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies and ensure compliance with local health regulations.
Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and guest safety protocols.
