HR Manager- Cruise

I am looking for a HR Manager for my client, a major cruise brand

Key Requirements:

Proven HR leadership experience within the cruise industry.

Expertise in Employee Relations (ER), including conducting investigations, addressing issues with confidence, and handling challenging situations, even with senior leaders.

Solid knowledge of MLC 2006 regulations and compliance.

Proficiency in performance management, disciplinary processes, and providing expert advice to department heads.

Strong investigative skills with the ability to get to the root of issues and take decisive action.

Confident, resilient, and capable of dealing with sensitive matters professionally.

Approachable and adept at building strong relationships with employees at all levels.
