POSITION SUMMARY
Assist all department with equipment when needed, make sure all equipment are check prior to use and after each use on a daily basis work with Garage crew closely when there’s an issue with equipment.
In order to provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- The primary function is to assist with operating heavy equipment where needed.
- Each equipment is to be inspected /check before and after each use.
- Report any issue to facilities technical manager/mechanic.
- All equipment is to be kept in order and washed daily.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
- Reports maintenance problems.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. Must be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and carry out the policies and procedures appropriate for his/her position.
NATURE AND SCOPE
The position will report directly to Technical Facilities Manager.
Duties are completed in a timely manner. Position requires ability to adjust to changing supervisor directions at a moments’ notice, depending upon the needs of the supervisor or other management.
The incumbent must be able to work in a multi-cultural environment; also, must be able to adjust to changes in assignments, work areas and schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimal 2 years’ experience as an operator.
- Valid drivers license with class A, E. Class B.B1 a plus.
- Capable to operate the following heavy equipment (Telehanders, backhoe, tractors, Dozer, Excavators, Articulates dump truck.
EDUCATION
- High School diploma or equivalent degree is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- While performing the essential functions of this job, all team members are required to stand; walk short distances; use hands to touch, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Positions may require repetitive motion of bending, climbing, going up and down stairs and lifting more than 25 pounds.
- Work within different temperature changes—indoors to outdoors.
- Able to pass basic safety course.
