Port & Shopping Expert required to join a retail operator at sea

We are seeking charismatic individuals with dynamic personalities for the role of Port & Shopping Expert to attend a Recruitment Event in the UK.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking to large audiences, with strong presentation skills and the ability to memorise scripts but improvise if needed.
You should have a great work ethic, be self-motivated and target-driven, and have a strong sales background.

Responsibilities include:
• All marketing aspects of the shopping program: completing the marketing grid, changing the cruise compass, creating digital messages, and providing a TV schedule to Broadcast before the start of the cruise.
• Organize all Port Shopping events, in venues and in-store. This includes preparation, execution, and follow-up after all events are finalized.
• Manage the Port Shopping desk effectively and professionally respond to guest questions on shopping opportunities ashore.
• Work alongside the entire EFFY team in a collaborative manner to drive traffic into stores and provide support to close sales.

• Required language: English (Native/Fluent)
• Fluency in additional languages is advantageous

Salary in US Dollars, paid whilst onboard. The rotation is 6 months on, 2 months off. Shared cabin.
