We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. If you're passionate about high-end gastronomy, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to grow your career while traveling Europe’s rivers, we’d love to meet you.

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Chef de Partie onboard, you’ll be in charge of your designated kitchen station, working closely with our Head Chef and culinary team to deliver top-quality dishes. Key duties include:

  • Independent management of your galley station
  • Professional preparation, portioning, and presentation of meals in line with daily menus
  • Monitoring and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards (HACCP & Scylla Gastro)
  • Supporting with stock checks, inventory, and order placements
  • Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and organization of your kitchen area
  • Cooperating with the Maître d’Hotel and service teams for smooth operation
  • Night duty availability depending on the ship’s requirements

Your Profile: What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of culinary experience with strong knowledge of food prep, presentation, and kitchen operations
  • Degree in culinary arts or hospitality is a strong plus
  • Previous experience on river cruise ships is preferred
  • Strong team player, calm under pressure, flexible and proactive attitude
  • Professional, reliable, with a well-groomed appearance and high standards
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German or other languages are a plus
  • Guest-oriented with high social and cultural awareness
  • Capable of working independently and efficiently, especially during service hours

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
