Faststream Recruitment is working with a leading river cruise operator to recruit 2nd Officers for an exciting Officer Training Program. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in the river cruise industry.

Previous River Cruise experience is not essential for this role - if you are interested in kick-starting your career in this industry and have previous ocean-going experience on any vessel type - we are keen to hear from you!

The Role:

• Join a structured training program designed to fast-track your career.
• Assist in the safe navigation and daily operations of modern river cruise vessels.
• Work closely with experienced senior officers to develop leadership skills.

Requirements:

• EU passport or unrestricted right to work in Europe.
• Previous experience as a 3rd or 2nd Officer on river or seagoing vessels. 
• Strong commitment to safety, service, and career progression.
