Care Team Specialist

The Crisis Management department is looking for a person to join the team as Care Team Specialist.

The chosen candidate will report to the Care Team Director and will be responsible for assisting guests who experience a traumatic event as medical, death, sensitive issues while cruising with a Costa ship. Furthermore in the rare event of a large scale emergency the CareTeam Specialist will be called to deploy and support the Care Team Crisis Officers in setting up the on-site organization to assist guests and crew in logistic and psycological support.

Job Requirements

• very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) is essential: candidates without such requirement will not be taken into consideration
• availability to be on call during nights and weekends
• naturally empathic and stress resistant
• excellent communication skills
• well organized with a managerial approach and excellent problem solver
• availability to travel with short notice
