We are currently looking for experienced Human Resources Directors to join our team. The HR Director will serve as a strategic partner to all senior officers and on-board management by providing direction on all human resources related issues including: Employee Relations, Employee Communication, Training and Development, Staff Administration, Performance Management, Coaching and Counselling, Conflict Resolution, Quality of Life and Leadership Training.

Potential candidates will have 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist with 2 years in HR management, preferably hold a degree in human resources or equivalency and have knowledge of HR best practices. Candidates must have hands-on operational experience including a proven track record in solving problems and dealing with employee relation issues and performance management. International experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.

• Bonus: Up to 20% of annual salary subject to conditions
• Contract length: Circa 5-6 months on and 2 months off
• Contract type: Rolling fixed term contracts
