Caux International Group was born in September 2007. It was formerly called Decaux CruiseJob because it had the sole objective to recruit qualified personnel for the International Cruiseline Companies.

After some successful years recruiting staff of all levels for the most prestigeous Companies in the World, the company decided to take a new challenge by expanding to other markets such as Hotels and Resorts around the World. In order to reflect this change and to reinforce the new business conception, the company changed its name to Caux International Group.

In addition to the recruiting services, Caux International Group also provides consulting services to restaurants, cruiselines, hotels and resorts.
