Purpose:

The course was conducted in accordance with the requirements of regulation STCW V / 1-1 st.4. The course provides advanced training for commanders, machine operators, first deck officers, other machine officers and all other persons on oil tankers who directly manage the loading or unloading or are responsible for transport and cargo handling.

Content:

• Ability to safely perform and monitor all cargo handling operations
• Familiarity with the physical and chemical properties of oil cargo
• Take precautions to prevent hazards
• Apply precautions for safety and health at work
• Emergency response
• Take precautions to prevent environmental pollution
• Monitoring and monitoring compliance with legal requirements

Conditions:

• Identity card or passport
• 1 color image
• 3 months certified navigation on oil tankers
• Basic training in oil and chemical tankers

Remark:

After successfully completing the course and examinations at the Harbor Master's Office, candidates will receive a Certificate in Oil Tanker Competence issued by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia.
