The course combines the following courses: Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities (PSSR), Fire Prevention & Firefighting Maritime Basic Training (FPFF), Elementary First Aid (EFA), Proficiency in Security Awareness (PSA) and Personal Survival Techniques (PST).
